Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to develop talent attraction plans
- Oversee recruitment processes including job profiling and candidate sourcing
- Promote the employer brand to attract top talent
- Conduct market research to understand talent trends and improve recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring practices
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate talent attraction strategies
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Represent the client’s organization at networking events and job fairs
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and support team coaching
Requirements
- High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting
- Extensive specialized sourcing experience in at least 2 industries
- Proficient with ATS and automation tools
