Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate research for executive search projects in the life sciences industry
• Create and update job descriptions
• Communicate with candidates via email and phone
• Manage and send various procedural documents such as NDAs
• Prepare client materials, primarily formatting in PowerPoint and Word
• Input and manage information in the company's candidate management system

Requirements

• Experience in internet-based information gathering and research
• Proficiency in creating documents using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information accurately and carefully
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Native-level Japanese communication skills
• Reading and writing proficiency in English
• Eligibility to work in Japan

Additional Information

This is a 12-month contract position. Candidates should be able to work in the Kanto region and have the ability to come into the office as needed.
