Responsibilities
- Support executive search projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and processed
- Manage candidate and project information accurately in internal systems
- Create and edit client-facing documents such as proposals and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and online conferences with clients and candidates
- Manage schedules and travel arrangements for consultants
- Prepare necessary materials for meetings and interviews
- Collaborate with overseas offices in English
- Handle expense reports and contract-related documents
- Support team and office operations
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Project Assistant in a corporate or professional firm
- Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, project management, and expense processing
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Native level Japanese fluency and business-level English proficiency
