Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to client hiring demands.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence research.
• Represent Korn Ferry and the client at job fairs and community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with client and Korn Ferry employment policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• 3+ years of ATS experience
• 3+ years of client-facing experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
