Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent
• Review resumes and evaluate candidate credentials
• Present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Track recruitment progress and provide updates
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• At least 1 year of life sciences recruitment experience
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare positions
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Hands-on experience with job boards and ATS platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Additional Information
