Responsibilities
- Actively headhunt and build pipelines for senior, niche, and executive-level candidates
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to client Hiring Managers and internal Talent Advisors
- Find suitable passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing channels
- Guide candidates through the interview process up to offer acceptance
- Manage complex offer discussions with discretion and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate candidate activity tracking within ATS
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search preferably within Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals
- Exceptional communication skills with high-level business leaders
- Experience working against quality metrics in a fast-paced environment
