Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent
• Review resumes and evaluate candidate credentials against job requirements
• Present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• At least 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience supporting the EMEA region
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare-related positions
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Additional Information

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week onsite at any PSG workspace, and is a full-time role with an ASAP start.
