Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Technical Operations recruitment across North America
• Lead relationships with key clients in manufacturing and related sectors
• Expand existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Support the growth and development of consultants within the Technical Operations team
• Contribute to office performance and culture

Requirements

• Proven track record as a top-performing recruiter in manufacturing, technical operations, engineering, or related markets
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering commercial results
• Ability to mentor and influence peers and junior team members
• Strong business development capabilities
• Entrepreneurial approach to market growth
