Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and clinical clients and candidates at various career stages

  • Analyze hiring process data to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years and preferred 8 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and staffing solutions
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and candidates
