Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors for staffing and recruitment solutions
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to develop targeted business strategies
- Negotiate contracts, secure staffing agreements, and expand service offerings to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and life sciences professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and clinical clients and candidates at various career stages
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to develop a robust candidate network
- Implement creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates effectively
- Analyze hiring process data to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, life sciences, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years and preferred 8 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and staffing solutions
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and candidates
