Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for recruiters and hiring managers
• Own the recruiting onboarding experience and development track
• Partner with the Recruiting Enablement team on the roadmap
• Design learning across the recruiting lifecycle
• Facilitate live training for teams globally
• Support the rollout of new tools and processes with training plans

Requirements

• 4+ years in instructional design, enablement, learning and development, or talent acquisition
• Experience building training for a recruiting or People team
• Portfolio of curricula, e-learning, and job aids
• Skilled in Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline
• Experience with enterprise learning management systems
