Responsibilities

• Innovate and operationalize creative sourcing strategies
• Own talent mapping research and sourcing campaigns
• Align candidates’ motivations with Ramp's value proposition
• Lead intake meetings with stakeholders to understand job requirements
• Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze data to optimize hiring
• Drive engagement across external conferences and networking events
• Build networks and long-term relationships with potential candidates

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth technology company or startup
• Familiarity with traditional and modern sourcing techniques
