Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
• Guide analysts in research to gather relevant information regarding industries and target companies.
• Identify potential candidates and validate them through reference and source calls.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates, presenting a slate of qualified candidates.
• Prepare client deliverables, including position specifications and candidate presentations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, strategy consulting, or a relevant professional services environment
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate degree a plus
