Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage processes within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
- Assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process
- Document all client-reported issues and track resolution
- Maintain and update worker assignments
- Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, and contingent workers
- Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries
- Provide program status reports to leadership
- Monitor performance against contract SLAs
- Interact with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly
Requirements
- 0-2 years of staffing and/or MSP experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and follow-up skills
- Strong determination to impact performance
