- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles
- Develop fluency in supported functions
- Build proactive pipelines through various sourcing methods
- Manage confidential searches independently
- Develop assessment approaches for candidates
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience leading complex senior-level searches
- Ability to advise senior leaders and influence hiring decisions
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions
- Strong closing skills
