Responsibilities

• Own the hiring engine for Ramp’s brand design team
• Find exceptional creative talent through various channels
• Partner with Brand and Creative Studio leaders to define search criteria
• Provide candidates with a fast and personal experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with creative leaders and hiring managers to keep searches moving

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong record of hiring brand or visual design talent
• Ability to judge a portfolio beyond the job title
• Experience building pipelines for full-time and freelance creative talent
