Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM hiring managers to understand roles and candidate profiles
• Run full-cycle recruiting for sales and revenue roles
• Source and engage passive candidates
• Screen candidates for sales skills and culture fit
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions and compensation trends
• Maintain ATS and report on hiring progress

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong focus on GTM and sales roles
• Track record of hiring account executives, sales engineers, SDRs/BDRs, and sales leadership
• Strong sourcing skills
• Experience working directly with sales leaders
