Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools and automation for sourcing and candidate engagement
• Build geography- and category-specific talent reserves
• Collaborate with hiring managers and MSP Managers on talent strategies
• Place talent across various functions including creative and corporate roles
• Provide strategic talent consulting and account management
• Translate research into actionable solutions

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in the beauty and consumer packaged goods industry
• Experience with enterprise and digital-first brands
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills
