- Native-level Korean and business-level English communication skills
- Experience recruiting for Manufacturing and Commercial roles
- Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement capability
- Good understanding of the Korean talent market
- Ability to influence and build credibility with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders
