Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute search mandates from initiation through completion
• Create client-facing documents such as pitch decks and progress reports
• Manage search mandates and ensure proper information flow in the TRM system
• Format, edit, and create professional resumes and bios for candidate submissions
• Conduct candidate research and market mapping
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and candidate interactions
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and candidates
• Manage logistics of candidate interviews and travel arrangements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated professionalism and polished demeanor
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with TRM systems or willingness to learn
