Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct feature utilization audits of sourcing platforms
• Redesign and optimize sourcing workflows
• Drive CRM adoption among sourcers and recruiters
• Establish reporting on sourcing funnel performance
• Develop documentation and training for effective tool usage

Requirements

• Experience with sourcing tools, particularly a recruiting CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with sourcing workflows and metrics
• Ability to drive tool adoption and optimize usage
• Experience in auditing platforms and making recommendations
