Responsibilities

• Design and build modular enablement content across the recruiting lifecycle
• Produce content to a publishable standard including facilitator guides and participant materials
• Facilitate core curriculum on an agreed cadence
• Build measurement layers for training effectiveness
• Leave behind a maintainable content model

Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Enablement, Learning & Development, or instructional design
• Experience in building curricula, playbooks, and training materials
• Ability to facilitate training for experienced recruiters
• Experience working as a contractor or consultant
