Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to employees through various channels
• Troubleshoot Windows devices and common end-user technology issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Participate in technology projects such as hardware rollouts and system upgrades

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Service Desk, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or similar device-management technology
