Responsibilities

• Support contractors throughout their lifecycle with the company
• Work with Account Managers and Service Manager to meet client and contractor needs
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for non-clients
• Assist with incident management and HR issue escalation

Requirements

• Experience in administrative, HR, or customer service roles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to understand and deliver to business processes
