• Coaching, training, and development of Recruiter L1 and 2
• Handling escalation management of assigned recruiters
• Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends and results
• Ensuring SLAs are met and adapting to process changes
• Developing and retaining talent to build high-performing teams
• Providing ongoing performance feedback and coaching plans
• Monitoring team performance and managing risks

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Relevant background in recruitment operations
• Leadership skills in coaching and development
• Ability to interpret data and predict trends
• Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline
