Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct audits of platform features and usage
• Redesign and optimize sourcing workflows
• Drive CRM adoption among sourcers and recruiters
• Collaborate with the Employer Brand Marketing team on outreach campaigns
• Establish reporting on sourcing performance and tool utilization
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions
• Develop documentation and training materials

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, preferably a recruiting CRM like Gem
• Familiarity with sourcing processes and workflows
• Experience driving tool adoption and usage
• Understanding of CRM and ATS integration
• Analytical skills related to sourcing metrics
