- Scope search projects with hiring managers
- Manage recruitment life-cycle from search kick-off to closure
- Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients

- Prospect potential new clients and maintain outreach goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of business experience
- 5+ years of experience in staffing business development
- Experience in cold calling and developing search strategies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
