Responsibilities

• Deliver compensation and benefit insights to clients
• Build relationships with key accounts and lead client calls
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients purchasing digital solutions
• Own and execute plans for large client projects
• Maintain data management systems and provide feedback for improvements
• Research and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a human resources environment
• At least 2 years in compensation and benefits
• Experience in questionnaire design and data analysis
