Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, temporary, and internship hiring requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines
• Screen, assess, and manage candidates through the recruitment process
• Coordinate offers, onboarding activities, and hiring documentation
• Deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Manage relationships with external recruitment providers
• Support hiring activity across multiple countries and regions
• Ensure a consistent approach to recruitment administration
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes

Requirements

• Experience in delivering end-to-end hiring globally
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing external recruitment agencies
• Experience supporting temporary hiring activities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
