Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm that helps clients align their strategy and talent. They provide recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services to support client recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Screen candidates against role requirements
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, providing regular updates
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and delivery
• Prepare candidate summaries, including skills, experience, and assessment insights
• Drive direct sourcing and proactive talent engagement
• Communicate role opportunities and articulate the client’s value proposition to candidates
• Maintain accurate data within the ATS and support recruitment operations and coordination

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing and screening within a fast-paced environment
• Experience communicating with stakeholders such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Strong data management skills using Excel
• Knowledge of market mapping and Boolean search techniques

This is a 7-month fixed-term contract position with a hybrid working model, requiring 4 days onsite per week in central Seoul.
