Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of campus recruiting events, overseeing a high-volume annual portfolio.
• Partner strategically with client campus leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and operational readiness through regular touchpoints.
• Manage event logistics and execution, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Track, analyze, and present university and internship recruiting metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to campus liaisons and coordinators.

Requirements

• 1+ years of university recruitment experience
• 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 1+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
• High School Diploma
