Compensation

Starting pay of $19.23/hr (equivalent to $40,000) with salary increases for each placement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and non-technical candidates for Enterprise Accounts nationwide
• Post jobs and source job boards to identify qualified candidates
• Build strong candidate relationships
• Conduct phone screens and pitch jobs to prospective candidates
• Schedule interviews and prepare candidates for interviews
• Gather candidate feedback from post-interviews
• Extend offers to selected candidates
• Assist internal HR team with candidate onboarding and offboarding
• Build strong client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
