Responsibilities

• Develop a network and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct business development to win new clients.
• Headhunt and source mid-to-senior level candidates.
• Coordinate the interview process and negotiate offers.
• Provide post-placement care to ensure long-term fit.
