Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing search strategies
• Gather information on industries and target companies
• Represent clients in the marketplace and present qualified candidates
• Communicate effectively with the search team and prepare progress reports
• Develop expertise in a defined industry or candidate pool

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search, leadership advisory, or corporate HR management
• Domain expertise in an industry or functional area
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
