Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training for full-cycle recruiting
• Source qualified leads through various outreach methods
• Conduct outreach and build candidate pipelines
• Support recruiters by identifying and passing along qualified leads
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong drive and competitive mindset
• Career-oriented with a desire for growth
• Motivated self-starter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
