Compensation

$28-$34/hr

Responsibilities

• Support 1-3 Recruiters with resume review, candidate phone screening, and interview scheduling.
• Identify channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Define, design and help implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools.
• Ensure development and optimization of sourcing channels to improve client talent pools.
• Assist clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition.
• Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels.
• Develop candidate relationship management strategies to build relationships with passive candidates.
• Define and lead the framework for client sourcing strategies.
• Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information.

Requirements

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment, sourcing or recruitment coordination experience
• 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• High School Diploma
