Responsibilities

• Own the research for each project end to end
• Identify, develop, and assess candidates
• Manage the entire search process for clients
• Develop and maintain key client relationships
• Prepare organized information for client updates
• Contribute to the start-up phase of each search

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in technology-focused executive search or technology recruiting
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate degree a plus
• Technical fluency or an engineering foundation
