Responsibilities

• Support Consultants in executing client engagements
• Participate in business development and prepare pitch presentations
• Assist in developing client communications and engagement plans
• Conduct structured capability-based interviews and 360 referencing interviews
• Prepare written client assessment reports and executive feedback reports

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in leadership consulting or professional services
• Five or more years of experience in corporate human resources management with a focus on talent development
• Undergraduate degree from a highly competitive university
• Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic, both written and spoken
