Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
• Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements
• Define and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework
• Assist clients in developing a compelling employee value proposition
• Develop candidate relationship management strategies
• Partner with recruiters to generate ideas and share information

Requirements

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience in I.T. or engineering
• Client-facing experience
• Ability to be onsite 2 days weekly in Austin, TX
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• High School Diploma; 4-year degree preferred
