Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing and networking
• Conduct market mapping and provide talent intelligence
• Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring priorities
• Lead complex searches in manufacturing and battery environments
• Maintain accurate candidate activity within CRM and ATS
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from outreach to recruiter handoff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong talent sourcing or recruiting experience in automotive, manufacturing, energy, or technical environments
• Experience sourcing within the battery ecosystem
• Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems/Solutions (BESS)
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles
• Experience with CRM and ATS platforms, preferably Eightfold
