Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for senior and hard-to-fill roles
• Promote open roles internally and partner with employees to surface talent
• Build and run the sourcing strategy for each search
• Partner directly with hiring managers up to the executive level
• Research non-obvious talent pools
• Map the talent market
• Own sourcing events and projects end to end

Requirements

• 7+ years of sourcing experience at a search firm or in-house recruiting team
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Ability to use data to manage expectations and influence hiring decisions
