Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for complex, niche, or high priority roles
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies
• Analyze and report on talent market trends
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to co-create sourcing strategies
• Mentor and coach junior sourcers
• Lead or contribute to sourcing process improvement projects
• Maintain exemplary data hygiene in ATS and sourcing trackers

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Advanced proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members
