Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers to manage the candidate pipeline
• Source and screen candidates using various channels
• Conduct phone or video screening calls with candidates
• Manage the full cycle of candidates and referrals
• Review incoming applications in the ATS system
• Interact with candidates to provide a great candidate experience
• Bring market insights to meetings and educate stakeholders on recruitment strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience in the recruitment industry
• 360 recruitment experience preferred
