Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized and critical roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach
• Conduct market mapping and provide talent intelligence on candidate availability, competitors, and emerging skill sets
• Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and talent needs
• Lead complex and niche searches within manufacturing and battery environments
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipelines within CRM and ATS platforms
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through recruiter handoff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong talent sourcing or recruiting experience within automotive, manufacturing, energy, or technical environments
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles
• Experience with CRM and ATS platforms; Eightfold experience is highly preferred
