Responsibilities

• Utilize multi-channel strategies for candidate sourcing for Technical and Managerial/Director-level positions
• Drive direct sourcing and build talent pools
• Build and manage relationships with clients (Hiring Managers and stakeholders)
• Execute the End to End recruitment process from JD creation to closing offers
• Propose and optimize recruitment process improvements
• Build relationships with candidates
• Effectively communicate the client's Value Proposition

Requirements

• Experience in direct sourcing/recruiting
• Experience in agent control
• End to End recruitment experience
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Experience in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or IT-related recruitment is preferred

The position involves hybrid work, with three days onsite at the client office in Fujisawa City and occasional visits to the Korn Ferry office in Marunouchi.
