Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for DL and IDL positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Provide hiring managers with talent market insights
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Champion recruitment best practices
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting

Requirements

• Solid end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or engineering environments
• Hands-on experience hiring for Direct Labour (DL) and Indirect Labour (IDL) positions
• Strong sourcing capability
• Experience with recruitment platforms
