Responsibilities

• Support clients with EU Pay Transparency and pay equity projects
• Analyse reward, workforce, job, and market data
• Turn complex findings into clear and practical recommendations
• Help clients develop job architectures and transparent reward structures
• Facilitate workshops with HR and business leaders
• Manage defined project workstreams and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to proposals and client conversations

Requirements

• Approximately four or more years of relevant experience
• Experience in consulting, Rewards, HR advisory, or people analytics
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Confidence presenting recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English
• German language skills preferred
