Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM Expansion hiring
• Build a point of view on the UK market and future expansion markets
• Use research and data to identify and qualify candidates
• Run personalized outreach to candidates
• Partner with GTM leaders to develop hiring plans
• Own the candidate experience from first conversation to offer close
• Build Ramp's presence in London through relationships and community activity

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent market
• Track record of finding and closing exceptional candidates
• Experience hiring across several GTM functions
