Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted search strategies
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive assessments
• Independently source and engage candidates
• Manage internal client relationships
• Coordinate search logistics and documentation
• Maintain database accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to business development and resource development

Requirements

• More than 2 years of research and analysis experience in a recruiting, executive search, and/or professional services environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; competitive intelligence/knowledge management advanced studies a plus
• Effective writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple research projects
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Internet research, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
