Responsibilities

• Generate go-to-market strategies in cooperation with senior partners
• Set assessments against client requirements and competencies
• Conduct thorough research to build candidate lists
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates
• Present key research findings to team members
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients
• Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches
• Maintain data quality and accuracy on the internal database

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, search, selection, or consultancy
• Experience in active candidate identification and sourcing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
