• Provide subject matter expert-level design consultation
• Prepare and deliver program documentation
• Lead client Discovery Sessions
• Document future state Business Process and Technology Configuration requirements
• Manage project workstream and execute deliverables & milestones
• Develop and deploy communication plans for client programs

Requirements

• Large-scale program or project implementation experience
• Ability to apply change management methodology
• Experience in dealing with ambiguity and evolving business priorities
